摘要 本文用ICP-AES法,以Sc作内标,不经化学处理直接测定一种低醇发酵饮料中Zn、Ni、Mg、Mn、Fe、Sr、Cu、Ba、Ca和Si等元素,结果与干灰化法或湿消化法基本相符。 A method for the determination of Zn, Ni, Mg, Mn, Fe, Sr, Cu, Ba, Ca and Si in less alcoholic fermented beverage by ICP-AES is described. The samples were analyzed directly without preliminary treatment. Interfernces from the spectra of the concomitants and some affecting factors were discussed.The recovery and relative standard deviation were 95.0%~110% and 0.56%~5.3%, respectively. The analytical results were in agreement with those of the samples prepared by dry ashing and wet digestion.
