摘要
针对目前行业规定的滤棒圆周、吸阻和烟支圆周、单支重合格率评价方法不能有效体现其波动情况、不能较好地体现其质量控制水平及设备运行状况的问题 ,在统计分析对比的基础上 ,应用数理统计原理 ,通过控制滤棒和烟支的标准偏差及平均值偏离中心值的偏移量 ,探索出一种新的标准偏差和平均值考核管理方法。实施效果证明 ,改进后的考核管理方法能够体现出控制精度 ,客观反映了企业的质量控制水平及设备运行状况 ,便于进行统计分析和工艺质量管理 ,可以使管理者根据统计分析结果及时发现问题、分析原因并着手解决问题。新方法的实施 ,使滤棒圆周、吸阻和烟支圆周、单支重的标准偏差减小 ,离散程度降低 ,平均值更靠近中心值 ,提高了设备性能和生产者的质量意识与质量控制水平 。
The existing evaluation methods depended on the rate of acceptance of the circumference and pressure drop of filter rod and the circumference and weight of individual cigarette can not effectively reflect the fluctuation of manufacturing quality of the products and the running and controlling status of the equipment. A new method based on regulating standard deviation and mean value was developed through statistical comparison and analysis. It was proved that the standard deviation and discrete degree of the circumference and pressure drop of filter rod and the circumference and weight of individual cigarette were reduced, the performance of equipment and quality consciousness of operators were improved by implementation of the new method.
