摘要
就壳聚糖处理混合汁的提纯工艺进行了研究,认为壳聚糖与聚丙烯酰胺联合使用具有良好的脱色、除浊效果,并对壳聚糖在制糖工业的应用前景进行了评价。
The purification of mixed juice with chitosan was studied in this paper,better effect of decolorization and clarification were obtained by combining chitosan with polyacrylamide ,and the future chitosan application in sug ar cane industry was evaluated.
