摘要
用淀粉与醋酸酐酯化合生成了高取代度的醋酸淀粉酯,讨论了催化剂的选择,用正交试验优选到了最佳原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间,确定了提高产率和取代度的有效途径,并对工艺过程进行了讨论。
Acetic acid starch ester of hig h substitution was synthesized with starch and acetic oxide ester.The paper discusses catalyst selection.Effective ways by orthog onal experiment was selected for raw material ratios ,catalyst quantity,reaction time to improve the yield of product and substitution deg ree.The technolog ical process is also discussed in the paper.
