液相色谱法同时测定辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯

Simultaneous Determination of Phoxim and Cypermethrin by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱分析 ,在 ODS柱上 ,用甲醇 /水 (85 /1 5 )洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 5 4 nm,对辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯复配农药—— 2 0 %辛氯乳油的分析方法进行了研究 ,方法的相对标准偏差小于 0 .3 6% ,线性范围为1 .5— 3 0 0 mg/L。该方法简便、快速、准确 。

A method for determination of 20% P-C emulsion consisting of 18.5% phoxim and 1.5% cypermethrin pesticides is described. The sample was analyzed by HPLC with Beckman ODS column and using methanol-water (85/15,V/V) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the elute was detected at 254nm.The relative standard deviation of this method is less then 0.36%.The linear concentration range is 1.5-300mg/L.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
