摘要
用 ICP-AES同时测定了 Nd-Pr合金中的 Dy、Gd、La、Sm、Ce等 5种稀土杂质元素 ,并研究了基体元素Nd及主量元素 Pr对杂质元素的光谱干扰 ,选择了合适的分析线 ,用基体匹配法对存在的背景干扰进行了校正。方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 9— 0 .0 4 4μg/m L;回收率为 90 %— 1 0 3 %。该方法准确可靠。
A method for determination of impurity elements in Nd-Pr alloy by ICP-AES was reported.The spectral interference from Nd and Pr was studied.Optimum spectral lines for each impurity elements and the matrix matching method have been used to diminish the spectral interference.The detection limits is in the range of 0.009-0.044μg/mL.The recovery rate is in the range of 90%-103%.
