摘要
Based on a case study,this paper discusses the information management problems in enterprise business process,and advocates that the enterprise must emphasizes information management while utilizing information technologies.It also points out the problems the enterprise needs to consider in business process reengineering,and offers some suggestions for the enterprise to successfully implement business process reengineering.
