摘要 在硒与2,3-二氨基萘络合物的水溶液中,加β-环糊精后,不能产生荧光,但只要加很少量1,2-二溴丙烷并振摇溶液,就形成能产生强荧光发射的溶胶。基于这一新的发光体系,可直接在水溶液中测定痕量硒。用于人发及麦粉中痕量硒的测定,获得满意结果。 A method for the determination of trace selenium was presented. In the presence of β-cyclodextrin,an aqueous solution of the complex formed between selenium and 2,3-diaminonaphthalene(DAN)does not produce fluorescence emission, on the contrary,it quenched fluorescence of DAN. A colloidal solution, which is formed by adding a little (1%) of 1,2-dibromopropane to the above solution and oscillating it, could produce strong fluorescence emission. The trace selenium could be directly determined in the aqueous solution based on the new fluorescent analytical system, without extraction as usual. The trace amounts of selenium in hair and wheat flour have been determined by using the method with satisfactory results.
