摘要
本文首次报道了平行双铂丝微电极的制作方法。并用循环伏安法和计时电流法对其特性进行了研究。实验表明,不同工作方式下电极呈现不同的响应,对于可逆氧化还原物质,当电极在产生—收集方式时,电流成倍增加,达到稳态电流时间大大缩短。本文还研究了这种电极对铁氰化钾的线性响应范围和检出限,对其工作原理也进行了初步探讨。
A method for preparing parallel dual microwire platinum electrodes is presented. These microelectrodes have been studied in the 1×10^(-3)mol/L K_3[Fe(CN)_6] solution by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. They are of analytical advantages for reversible redox species. In generation-collection mode, steady state currents can be obtained at both electrodes with very short transient time. The current response at the elctrode is in the range of 2.5×10^(-6)~1×10^(-2)mol/L for K_3[Fe(CN)_6], and the detection limit is 8×10^(-7)mol/L. The operation mechanism has also been discussed.
