摘要
用过氧化异丙苯为引发剂,制备了大口径厚液膜二乙二醇丁二酸聚酯交联毛细管柱,并用于植物油脂肪酸的分析。
A method for the preparation of wide-bore and thick-film crosslinking diethylene glycol succinate glass capillary column with dicumyl peroxide as a crosslinking agent is presented. More than 1500/m theoretical plates were obtained and its crosslinking degree was 80%. The column was used to analyze the components of fatty acids in vegetable oil. The C_(24):1 acid can be determined within 15 min, and the column possesses advantages of better separation and shorter analysis time.
