摘要 本文提出了组合差分矩阵法的基本原理和方法。本法可用于同时测定带有辅料或其它干扰吸收的三元混合组分,以同时测定复方谷维素片中维生素B_1、维生素B_6和谷维素为例,研究了方法的可靠性和测量的适宜条件。结果表明,本法简便、快速、准确度和精密度均较满意。 The basic principle and experimental method of combination difference amendment matrix spectrophotometry are presented, The method can be applied to simultaneous determination of Ternary components with interference. As an example, the results obtained under suitable condition for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B_1, vitamin B_6 and oryzanolum in oryzanolum tablet are satisfactory both in recovery and in precision
