摘要
本文采用Nafion修饰玻碳电极研究了肾上腺素的循环伏安特性。完善了它的分析方法,消除了抗坏血酸的干扰,提高了灵敏度。在生理pH条件下其氧化峰电流与浓度在3.0×10^(-7)~5.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,此法应用于血液样品的测定,获得了满意的结果。
L-Adrenaline is a kind of neurotransmitters. In this paper, the cyclic voltammetric behaviour of adrenaline on Nafion modified electrode is studied. The method for the determination of adrenaline is improved to eliminate the interference of ascorbic acid with high sensitivity. The peak current is good linear with the concentration in the range of 3.0×10^(-7)~5.0×10^(-5) mol/L. This method has been applied to the determination of adrenaline in blood sample.
