摘要
本文详细研究了游离氯在水溶液中与对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺(DPD)显色的最佳条件,建立了测定水相中游离氯的新方法。方法显色迅速,颜色稳定时间较长,选择性好,常温下几乎不受温度的影响,操作方便,可用来进行快速分析。线性范围为0~100μg/50ml,摩尔吸光系数达1.1×10~4L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1),相对标准偏差小于1.65%,最大吸收峰为553nm,方法用于水样中游离氯的测定,结果令人满意。
The optimal condition for the colour reaction of free chlorine with p-amino-N, N-diethylaniline in aqueous solution is studied. A new method for measuring the free chlorine in aqueous solution is established. This method is rapid and stable with well selectivity. The colour reaction is not affected by the change of temperature around room temperature. Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to 100μg/50ml. The molar absorptivity reaches 1.1×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 553 nm. The relative standard deviation is less than 1.65%. Using this method, free chlorine in aqueous solution has been determined with satisfactory results.
