摘要
探讨在流动注射阳极溶出伏安法中应用内插标准加入法,推导这一非稳定态电积过程的溶出峰电流方程,从而论证了这一方法的定量依据。提出一个快速简易的定量方法,只需在试样载流中分别注入一个空白和标准溶液,就能由导出的一个简单方程得出待测样品浓度。测定一系列水样中ppb级铅,相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=10),回收率为90%~108%。与经典ASV方法对照,结果一致。
A new interpolative standard addition method in flow injection system with anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) has been developed. A theoretical equation for the stripping peak current under this nonsteady deposition procedure was proposed. With this technique, the concentration of the sample (used as carrier) is obtained rapidly by a proposed simple equation only after injecting a pure water and a standard. Using this system, the Pb(Ⅰ) concentration in water sample was determined. The result is comparable with that obtained by conventional ASV method. It is shown that the new technique is especialy suitable for continuous monitoring with flow injection analysis-ASV.
