多维高效液相色谱法分析石油中的微量石油磺酸盐

Multidimensional High-performance Liquid Chromatography for the Determination of Petroleum Sulfonate in Crude Oil

本文介绍了用反相柱和阴离子交换柱联用并切换测定原油中微量石油磺酸盐的多维高效液相色谱法。在8min内可使原油、单磺酸基石油磺酸盐和双磺酸基石油磺酸盐得到良好的分离。回收率在96～109％之间,最小可检出浓度单磺酸盐为50μg/ml,双磺酸盐为10μg/ml。

A multidimensional high-performance liquid chromatography for the determination of trace petroleum sulfonates in crude oil is presented.Two columns,a reversed-phase column and an anion-exchange one are used.Good separation of crude oil,petroleum monosulfonate and petroleum disulfonate can be obtained within eight min with recoveries between 96％～109％.The minimum detection limits are 50μg/ml for mono-sulfonate and 10μg/ml for disulfonate.
