摘要
加入WTO对我国汽车工业是机遇,更是挑战。关税大幅度下降必将对我国汽车工业造成巨大的冲击。本文对WTO相关基本法律原则进行了分析,并比较了国际上入关的经验和教训,提出了发展我国汽车工业的相应措施。
For China automotive industry, entry into WTO is an opportunity as well as a challenge. Big tariff reduction will certainly bring tremendous impetus to the China automotive industry. This article analyzes WTO-related basic rules, compares intermational experiences and lessons in regard to WTO entry. Finally countermeasures are given out for the development of China automotive industry.
