摘要
回顾了渤海西部海域岐南断阶带的石油勘探开发历程，论述了基本石油地质条件、油田（藏）的特点及石油富集规律。针对该带以复杂断块、中小油田为主，油田成群分布，轻质原油、近岸、水浅的特点，提出了提高油气勘探开发经济效益应遵循的指导思想和主要技术措施。
Reviewing the petroleum exploration and development history in Qinan fault step belt in west-ern Bohai,this paper discusses the basic petroleum geology,characteristics of oil fields(pools) and hydrocarbon occurrence, Because this belt featured by complicated fault blocks,dominancs of medium to small oil fields in groups,light crude oil,shallow water depth and close to shore,some guiding principles should be followed and key techniques should be utilized to promote the economics of oil exploration and development.
