薄层色谱法测定甲氧滴涕杀虫剂有效成份含量的研究

Determination of 2,2-Bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-1 ,1,1——trichloroethane Isomer in the Insecticide Methoxychlor by Thin-layer Chromatography Scanning

本文提出了DMDT杀虫剂有效成份P,F＇-异构体的薄层色谱测定的新方法。该法以无水乙醚与正戊烷为展开剂,在硅胶板上展开后直接定量,操作简便,准确、快速。应用该法对其原药及乳油进行测定获得令人满意的结果。该法适于DMDT原药和乳油制剂生产的质量分析。

A new method of thin-layer chromatography scanning on silica gel is described for the quantitative determination of the 2, 2-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-1, 1, 1-trichloroethane isomer in the insecticide methoxychlor after development with 10% ether in n-pentane as a developing solvent. It is simple and easy to operate. The technical and emulsifiable concentrates of the methoxychlor are determined using this method with satisfactory results.
