Separation and Detection of Synthetic Food Colors by Ion-pair High-performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 本文介绍了用离子对反相液相色谱法对五种常用合成色素日落黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、亮蓝、柠檬黄的测定方法。5μm Zorbax-ODS 4.6mm×15cm柱;以含对离子试剂四丁基溴化铵0.005mol/L的甲醇:水=50:50(v/v)为流动相在10min内可全部出峰。回收率为92.2%~105.5%,相对标准偏差为3.1%。 An ion-pair reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography for the simulaneous determination of five synthetic food colors was described using Varian SY 5060 HPLC apparatus. The separation was carried out on a 5μm Zorbax-ODS 4.6mm×15cm reversedphase column, and ultraviolet/visible detector at 254 and 610nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water at ratio(V/V) of 50:50 containing 0.005mol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide. The chromatographic behavior of synthetic colors on ODS column was investigated, and several common soft drinks were injected directly into the chromatograph without any prior clean up procedures, the recovery was 92.2%~105.5%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.28%~3.1% .
