摘要
在近中性溶液中,铝与氟、7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(Ferron)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)可形成四元荧光络合物。络合物的最大激发和发射波长分别为372和495nm。方法灵敏度高,检出限达0.8ppb。方法选择性好,体系在允许大量的掩蔽剂EDTA存在下,较大量的共存离子不干扰铅的测定。用于自来水和碳酸盐试剂中铝的测定,获得满意的结果。
A highly sensitive flueremetric methcd for the determination of trace aluminium is proposed. In a buffer solution of ammonium acetate at pH 6.2~7.5, Al forms quaternary complex with fluoride, Ferron CTMAB. The ccmposition of the complex is Al: F: Ferron: CTMAB=1: 2: 2: 2. Its maximum excitation and emission wavelength is 372 and 495 nm, respectively. The detection limit of 0.8 ppb linear range of 1~11μg/25 ml were obtained. This complex is so stable that a large amount of EDTA do not interfere with the determination of Al. In the presence of EDTA, there is no interference by a number of the other diverse ions The method has some advantage of stabilization, good selectivity and wide determination range. It can be appiled to the determination of trace Al in tap water and the chemical reagents of carbonate with satifactory results.
