澳毒清颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎80例临床观察

Clinical observation of Aoduqing powder on chronic hepatitis B

目的 观察澳毒清颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 慢性乙型肝炎 15 6例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 80例口服澳毒清颗粒 ,每次 10g ,每日 3次 ;对照组 76例口服复方益肝灵 ,每次 4片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 1个月为 1个疗程 ,连续治疗 2～ 3个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 5 8.8% ,乙型肝炎e抗原 (HBeAg)阴转率 5 4 .1% ,乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸 (HBV DNA)阴转率 4 5 .6 %。对照组总有效率34.2 % ,HBeAg阴转率 2 9.6 % ,HBV DNA阴转率 2 4 .6 %。 2组总有效率、HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the effect of Aoduqing powder on hepatitis B. Method 156 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group (n=80) Aoduqing powder was taken orally,10 g once,3 times a day;in control group (n=76) Yiganling Compound tablet was taken orally,4 pieces once,3 times a day,with a therapeutic course of a month in both groups.Results The total effective rate,and HBeAg as well as HBVDNA transfer negative rate in treatment group (58.8%,54.1%,45.6%) were higher than that in control group (34.2%,29.6%,24.6%,P<0.05).Conclusion Aoduqing powder was effective in treating chronic hepatitis B.
