摘要
本文提出了以1mol/L KBr-冰醋酸(1:1V/V)为电解液,在阳极发生溴与16-去氢娠烯醇酮(双烯)发生反应来测定样品中双烯含量的库仑滴定法,本法优点是简便、快速,可用于微量样品的含量测定。双烯与一分子溴发生反应,其n值为2。
A method for the determination of 16-dehydropregnenolone by coulometric titration was developed. The titration was carried out in a mixture ot lmol/L KBr-glacial acetic acid(1:1V/V), and bromine was generated at the anode. 16-Dehydropregnenolone reacts with bromine with a value of n as 2. The advantage of this method is simple and rapid, it can be used to analyze small amount of sample.
