胎儿生长的数学模型

摘要 根据孕 16~ 2 8周胎儿双顶径、头围、腹围及股骨长等的超声测量值拟合 Rossavik数学模型 [P=c(t) k+ s( t) ]建立胎儿个体生长曲线。结果显示 ,2 0例正常单胎的超声参数与 Rossavik模型的拟合效果好 ,孕 2 8~ Growth of the fetal head,abdomen and femur have been monitored by measurements of biparietal diameter,head and abdominal circumferences, and femur diaphysis length from 16 to 28 weeks,and the Rossavik model [P=c(t) k+s(t) ] has been used to establish individual fetal growth curve.Results: A longitudinal study of all sonographic parameters in 20 normal singletons has revealed that the growth of these parameters can be well described by the Rossavik model ( R 2 : 99.56% to 99.70%).Individual growth curves which were used to predict fetal growth after 28 weeks were established.Comparisons between observed measurements and those predicted by these curves (from regression analysis)for the period after 28 weeks showed no significant differences.
