辨证治疗心律失常120例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effective Observation on 120 Cases of Arrhythmia Treated with Syndrome Differentiation of TCM

辨证治疗心律失常 12 0例 ,并与用西药治疗的 6 0例进行对比观察。结果治疗组 12 0例中 ,基本治愈 6 0例 ,占5 0 % ;而对照组 6 0例中 ,基本治愈仅 8例 ,占 13.4 % ,两组基本治愈率比较 ,P <0 .0 1。停药 15天后随访发现治疗组复发 11例 ,占 10 .5 % ,对照组复发 2 4例 ,占 4 0 % ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。

To observe 120 cases of arrhythmia treated with syndrome differentiation as compared with 60 cases treated by western medicine.The rasults showed 60 cases were cured basically in the treatment group(50%) and 8 cases cured basically in the control group (13.4%),the basical cure rate as compared between two groups is significant( P<0.01 ).The follow-up surrey after stop taking medicine 15 days discovered the recurence rate was 10.5% in the treatment group and 40 in the control group( P<0.05 )
