涤痰化瘀散结法治疗高粘血症132例总结

A Summary on 132 Cases of Hyperviscosity Heamatapathy Treated with the Therapy of Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis and Resolving Mass

采用涤痰化瘀散结法治疗高粘血症 132例 ,结果显效 4 9例 ,好转 5 5例 ,有效 2 2例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率为95 .4 6 % ,对临床症状的有效率均在 93%以上 ,治疗前后血液流变学指标比较 ,血浆粘度P <0 .0 5 ,其它各项指标均P <0 .0 1。

The therapy of removing phlegm and blood stasis and resolving mass was used for treating 132 cases of hyperviscosity hematapathy. The rusults showed 49 cases were remakable effective,55 cases improved,22 cases effective and 6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.46%,the effective rate of clinical symptoms was over 93%.The changes of indexes of blood rheology such as plasma viscosity and other indexes were significant ( P<0.01 ) after treatment as compared before treatment.
