β-环糊精对钴(Ⅱ)三羟基荧光酮显色体系的作用机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 测定了β-环糊精(β-CD)与9种三羟基荧光酮试剂及其钴络合物的包合物的离解常数(k_(DF)),以及β-CD存在下9种三羟基荧光酮试剂的酸离解常数(K_a)的变化。发现β-CD对此类显色剂的显色体系的增敏作用,与K_(DF)和K_a的变化有一定联系。 In order to study the sensitizing effect of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)on the Co(Ⅱ)-2,6,7-trihydroxyfluorone(TDF)chromogenic systems, the dissociation constants(KDF)of β--CD inclusion complexes of nine TDF reagents and their corresponding Co(Ⅱ)-complexes were determined by Benesi-Hildebrand method. The changes of acid dissociation constants K_a of the TDF in the presence and absence of β-CD were also determined and compared. The results indicated that there was correlation between KDF of K_a(espeeially K_(a2))and the senzitizing effect. The effect of KDF and K_(a2) is agreeable. Both the KDF and K_(a2) are considered preferablly.
