脑室引流联合脑脊液置换治疗脑室铸型出血的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨脑室铸型出血的治疗方法及其效果。方法 :对 30例脑室铸型出血采用侧脑室前角外引流并尿激酶脑室灌注联合腰穿脑脊液置换治疗。结果 :2 2例存活 ,8例死亡。 2 2例 3个月后随访结果 10例良好 ,8例轻瘫 ,4例重瘫。结论 :实施此种综合疗法 ,安全有效 ,并提示发病早期治疗是抢救成功的关键。
