枕颈CCD在上颈椎损伤治疗中的应用

The Application of Occipital-cervical CCD for Upper Cervical Vertebra Injury

目的 探讨治疗上颈椎损伤的新方法。方法 对 16例上颈椎损伤的患者分别行枕颈CCD (9例 )及枕颈CD (7例 )内固定加椎板植骨融合术。结果 全部病例均获随访 ,时间 5～ 2 4个月 ,平均 9个月 ,全部病例植骨均骨性愈合 ,症状消失或不同程度改善。无椎板钩松动、脱落、断棒 ,螺丝钉松动及断裂等并发症。结论 枕颈CCD及枕颈CD均可提供有效的节段固定 ,适用于上颈椎损伤的治疗 ,前者操作较方便 。

Objective To probe into a new treatment of upper cervical injury.Methods Sixteen patients were treated by two internal fixation system, CCD-cervical systems (9 cases) and CD-cervical system (7cases).Results The patients were followed up with an average period of 8 months (4 to 24 months), All patients had solid osseous unions ,There was no lossening of the interlaminar clamp and the screws.Conclusion The two fixation system can provide rigid stability for the fixated segments. but the former is simple without needing a second operation for removal of implant.
