摘要 本文在前文基础上,继续对萃取力极强的三(2-乙基己基)氧膦(TEHPO)能否作萃取色层分离金的固定相进行研究。实验证明,把我们提出的HAc辅助剂加到常用的金淋洗液硫脲-HCl中,仍然可行。试用于多种矿样中金的测定,均获得满意结果。用紫外和红外光谱法证明,TEHPO萃取金的机理是生成离子缔合物的机制。 We continued to study the strongest extractive agent tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphine oxide (TEHPO) used as a stationary phase in reversed phase chromatography to separate gold. In the usual case strong extractive agent used as a stationary phase is not easily for complete elution of gold. Adding a complementary agent HAc (0.5mol/L) to the general eluent thiourea-HC1 solution (0.2~1.0mol/L), gold can be eluted quite completely. Different kinds of gold ores were used for the separation and determination for gold with good accuracy and precision. So the range of using stationary phase can be extended to the strongest extractive agent in our study. The extractive mechanism was discussed due to the formation of ion association.
