摘要
本文建立了一个新的异核多元络合物体系:钴-锰-乙二胺体系。在0.02mol/L酒石酸钾钠-2.0%乙二胺-50.0ng/ml钴(Ⅲ)介质中,运用单扫示波极谱,在-1.58V左右,得到一个对锰极为灵敏的极谱催化波。由于钴的引入,锰的检出限由原来的2.8ng/ml降到0.02ng/ml。该法已成功用于天然水及人发中锰的测定。
A new dis-polynuclear complex system, Co(Ⅲ)-Mn-ethylenediamine (en) system, is presented. In a medium of 0.02 mol/L tartrate, 2.0% en and 50.0ng/ml Co(Ⅲ), a very sensitive polarographic catalytic wave was observed by using a single sweep oscillopolarograph at about -1.58V (vs.Ag). The linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of manganese exists in different concentration ranges. The detection limit of manganese is lowered from 2.8 to 0.02 ng/ml in the presence of Co(Ⅲ). This method has been applied to the determination of manganese in nature water and hair. The results are satisfactory.
