诺维苯联合顺铂治疗Ⅲb～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌60例临床观察

The Effects of Combined Chemotherapy Navelbine+Cisplatin in Tre atment of StageⅢb～ⅣNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer of 60Cases

目的:比较去甲长春花碱(NVB)加顺铂(DDP)与环磷酰胺(CTX)、阿霉素(ADM)、顺铂(DDP)两个方案对Ⅲb～Ⅳ期复治的非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:随机将114例患者分为NVB组(60例),CAP组(54例),均化疗2个疗程,疗效评价按WHO疗效标准,总有效率以CR+PR计算。结果:总有效率NVB组45.0%,CAP组20.3%,χ2=6.69,P<0.01,两者差异显著。结论:对Ⅲb～Ⅳ期复治的非小细胞肺癌NVB+DDP联合化疗,疗效优于CAP方案。

objective:To compare the Curat ive effe ct of NP regimen(NVB+DDP)with that of CAP regimen(CTX+ADM+DDP)for stageⅢ b～Ⅳretreatment non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:114patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into NVB group(60cases)and CAP group(54c ases)Both were treated with chemotherapy for two courses of treatment.Ac-co rding to WHO's standard,the Curative effects were evaluated.Overall re sponse rates were cal-culated with CR+PR.Results:The overall reponse rates of NVB g roup and CAP group were45.0%and20.3%,respectively(÷ 2 =6.69,P<0.01).Conclusion:The cura tive effect of the regiment of NVB+DDP for combined chemotherapy for stageⅢb～Ⅳre treatment NSCLC is be tter than that of the CAP regimen.It's an effective first-line regimen for tre atment of non-small cell lung cancer.
