摘要
本MnCO_3是化学法生产电池用MnO_2的中间产品。检测从而控制中间产品的杂质含量是保证最终产品质量的有效措施。本文采用H_3PO_4溶样-稀释液稀释前处理和Shimadzu HIC-6A单柱高效离子色谱仪,选用2.0m mol/L KHC_8H_4O_4作淋洗液,同时测定F^-、Cl^-、SO_4^(2-)离子,选用3.0m mol/L HNO_3作淋洗液,同时测定Na^+,NH_4^+,K^+离子。本法标准加入六种离子的回收率达99.00%~102.44%,试样分析六个组分的相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.81%。
Manganese carbonate is the intermediate to produce manganese dioxide which is used in dry cell. In order to control the quality of the final product, it is nesessary to determine and control the content of impurities in manganese carbonate. Ion chromatographic method for the determination of some impurity ions in manganese carbonate product is presented. Shimadzu HIC-6A high performance ion chromatograph with single column was used. The samples were diluted with a special solution. The simultaneous determination of F^-, CI^-, SO_4~2 and Na^+, NH_4^+, K^+ was achieved respectively, using 2.0 mmol/L KHC_8H_4O_4 and 3.0mol/L HNO_3 as mobile phases. The recovery of six ions was from 98.00% to 102.44%. The ralative standard deviation of six components was from 0.12% to 0.81%.
