摘要
本文提出一种新的因子分析计算方法,即迭代目标转换因子分析法,避免了对转换矩阵求逆的运算过程,降低了实验误差在计算过程中放大的可能性,从而提高了浓度计算的准确度。用本文方法对La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd等稀土元素7组份混合物合成样品进行了分析,获得了满意的结果。
The singular value decomposition method has been used to decompose absorption value matrix, so the difficulty of lose rank of matrix is resolved properly. A new factor analysis method, iterative target transformation factor analysis, has been posed. Making use of the iteration and transformation of normal projection matrix to concentration target vector can avoid the course of conversion of matrix and decrease the amplified possibility of experimental errors. The precision of calculated results is increased fundamentlly. Possibility Using the method, seven components mixture of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd has been determined. The average relative error of samples is 3.7%~6.7%. The results are satisfactory.
