摘要
目的 探讨缓激肽能选择性地诱发肿瘤血脑屏障开放的机理及影响此种开放的因素。方法 定性、定量评价不同类型大鼠脑肿瘤模型中B2受体表达的部位及水平 ,阐明它与缓激肽诱发的肿瘤血脑屏障开放程度的相关关系。结果 脑和肿瘤组织内的毛细血管内皮细胞不表达B2受体 ,而肿瘤细胞则表达大量的B2受体 ;B2受体表达水平与缓激肽诱发的肿瘤血脑屏障开放的程度呈显著的正相关关系。结论 脑肿瘤细胞的B2受体表达水平决定缓激肽诱发的血脑屏障开放的程度。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of selective opening of blood tumor barrier by bradykinin and to find out its indication factors. Methods The location and expressing level of B2 receptor in the brain and tumor tissue in the different type of rat brain tumor models were estimated quantitatively and quantitatively. The correlation between the expressing level of B2 receptor and the selective opening of blood tumor barrier by bradykinin were of analysed. Results There was no expression of B2 receptor on capillary in both brain and tumor tissue, the expressing level of B2 receptor on tumor cells mediated the selective opening of blood tumor barrier by bradykinin. Conclusions The expressing level of B2 receptor mediated the selective opening of blood tumor barrier by bradykinin.
