摘要
以现代集成电路生产工艺及酶固定化技术为基础设计并制造了一种新型的平面集成薄膜胆固醇酶电极。该酶电极的响应时间约为15S,线性检测范围为0.01~1.0mmol/L。采用特殊设计的差分测量电路获得对血清中游离胆固醇及胆固醇标准液的标定曲线,有较好的相关性。
A novel integrated thin film electrode is constructed by using modern integrated circuit fabrication technology. Cholesterol electrode is assembled with the electrode and immobilized cholesterol oxidase, and its response time is approximately 15s. Cholesterol can be detected linearly in the concentration range of 0.01 to 1.0 mmol/L. The effect of temperature and pH on the output current of the enzyme electrode is investigated. The calibration curves for standard cholesterol solution and free cholesterol in serum are correlated satisfactorily by using a unique differential measurement circuit which can cancel the interference from ascorbic and uric acid in serum effectively.
