摘要
本文研究了在0.005mol/L NaH_2PO_4缓冲体系中,DL-苄丝肼在玻碳电极上的2.5次微分阳极溶出伏安法特性。DL-苄丝胼在+0.23V处(vs.SCE)有清晰氧化峰,在4.7×10^(-8)~6.2×10^(-7)mol/L其浓度与峰高呈定量关系。并建立了同时测定多巴丝肼胶囊中DL-苄丝肼和L-多巴含量的方法。试样测试结果令人满意。
The 2.5th order differential anodic stripping voltammetric behaviour of DL-ben-serazide on the glass carbon electrode has been investigated in a buffer solution of 0.005 mol/L NaH_2PO_4 (pH 6.0). A sensitive oxidation peak of DL-benserazide was measured at +0.23V (vs. SCE). Its linear range was 4.7×10^(-8~6.2×10^(-7)mol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of the amounts of DL-benserazide and L-3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl- alanine in capsulae levodope et benserazide hydrochloride with reliable results.
