摘要
依据元认知训练的理论 ,对大学生游泳教学进行了元认知训练的实验研究。结果表明 :在大学生游泳教学中运用元认知训练具有一定的可行性和有效性 ,可以提高学生游泳学习过程的监控能力 ,有利于提高学习效果。
According to the theory of meta-cognition training,swimming of undergraduates is researched in the dissertation with the approaches of experimental teaching method.The study shows that the meta-cognition training has certain feasibility and validity for the swimming of undergraduates.their ability of adjusting and controlling in the program of learning is improved.
