摘要
高校与大学生法律关系的研究已成为学术界研究的热点,本文对我国和国外学术界 关于高校与大学生法律关系的研究作了综述。
The legal relationship between institutions of higher learning and college students has become a topic of general interest. This paper offers asummary of researches on the legal relationship between institutions of higher learning and college students from the view of academic circles, both at home and abroad.
