摘要
基于在弱酸介质中,铬(Ⅵ)催化过氧化氢氧化酸性品红的反应,建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。本法的检出限为5.7×10^(-9)g/ml,线性范围为0~160ng/ml。可用于电镀废水和电镀排放水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of Cr(Ⅵ)has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Cr(Ⅵ) on the oxidation of fuchsin acid by hydrogen peroxide. The detection limit for Cr(Ⅵ) is 5.7×10^(-9)g/ml. The linear range of determination is 0~160 ng/ml. The method has been applied to the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in eleetroplating waste water with satisfactory results.
