摘要
本文提出了分光光度同时测定已知多组份混合物的新方法—多波长K系数方程法。本方法根据某一组份在两个不同波长处的吸光度之比,将n个组份在n个波长处的吸光度转换为同一波长处的吸光度,即可列出一个n元一次方程组,解出在此波长处各组份的吸光度,进而求得各组份的含量。通过对邻硝基酚钠、对硝基酚钠、2-甲氧基-5-硝基酚钠混合三组份的测定,获得了令人满意的结果。
A multi-wavelength K-factor method for simultaneous determination of the mixture of multicomponents with spectrophotometry is presented. Based on the absorbance ratio of component between two different wavelengths, an equation set, in which the absorbances of componens in different wavelengths are turned into those of same wavelength, is constructed. By using the equation set, the content of components can be obtained. The method has been applied to determining the mixture of sodium o-nitrophenolate, sodium p-nitrophenolate and sodium 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenolate with satisfactory results.
