高等体育专业教育的可持续发展

On the sustainable development of physical education of sports major in universities

学科、专业、课程、师资、生源、就业等方面存在的问题 ,严重阻碍了我国高等体育专业教育的可持续发展 ,但高校扩招、北京奥运和WTO也带来了机遇与挑战。我国体育高等教育可持续发展的基本对策 :学习先进经验 ,树立新的办学思想、教育观念 ;维护体育良好的社会形象 ,充实体育文化的内涵 ,注重体育观念的正确引导 ;加强学科建设 ,构建新的人才培养模式 ;办好继续教育 ,开展远程教育。

The paper shows that the problems as in discipline,specialties,courses,teaching staff,students sources and employment seriously hinder the sustainable development of physical education of sports major in universities. On the other hand,many opportunities and challenges are brought about by expanded enrollment of college students,2008 Beijing Olympics and WTO.The basic measures for the sustainable development of physical education of sports major in universities are proposed:learning from advanced experiences to establish new ideas of running universities and of education;sustaining good social image of sports,enriching the connotation of sports culture and guiding correctly sports ideas;strengthening the construction of discipline of physical education;molding new training patterns of rearing talents;improving continuing education and carrying out long-distance education.
