摘要
本文研究了用2-[2-(3,5-二溴吡啶)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(简称3,5-diBr-PAMB)分光光度法测定微量铑的反应。实验结果表明,在pH5.0~7.0的酸度范围内,铑与3,5-diBr-PAMB形成1:2的蓝色配合物。试剂的最大吸收峰位于497nm处,配合物的最大吸收峰位于663nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.29×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。铑含量为0~0.4μg/mL时,遵守比尔定律。所拟方法简便、灵敏,用于催化剂中微量铑的测定,获得满意结果。
A new reagent 2- [2- ( 3,5-dibromopyridyl) azo]- 5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid(3,5-diBr-PAMB)is recommended for determining rhodium. The results show that rhodium and 3, 5- diBr- PAMB form a blue complex at pH5. 0~7. 0. The ratio of Rh to the reagent in the complex is estimated to be 1 : 2. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1. 29×10~5L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed up to 10μg rhodium per 25mL. This method is highly sensitive and selective. It was applied to the determination of rhodium in catalysts with satisfactory results.
