摘要
甲胺磷经碱解生成甲硫醇钠后,在0.1mol/L NaOH底液中,用JP-Ⅱ型示波极谱仪,于-0.3V起始电位进行阴极化扫描,制取一阶导数极谱波,峰电位0.62V(vs.SCE).在0.1~100ppm范围内浓度与峰电流呈线性关系,波形清晰、重现性好。用白菜进行加标准回收实验,误差在10%以内,满足微量分析的要求。
Methamidophos residue can be ascertained by means of determining the methylthiogroup, the alkali-reaction product of methamidophos, with single sweep os-cillopolarography. In 0.lmol/L NaOH solution, the methylthiogroup exhibits a cathodic stripping polarograph-ic wave on a JP-Ⅱ oscillopolarograph in the scan range from -0.3V to-0.8V (vs. SCE). The peak potential of the wave is -0.62V(vs. SCE). The peak curent of the first derivative wave is proportional to the concentration of methamidophos in the range from 0.1 to 100ppm with satisfactory measuring reproducibility. This procedure has been used for the determination of methamidophos in vegetables. The relativeerror of recovery is within 10%. The adsorptive behavior and the reversibility of the polarographic wave have been investigated.
