摘要 本文系统研究了引发体系的组成及含量、三段模具温度、内脱模剂的含量和碳纤维体积含量对碳纤维 /乙烯基酯树脂复合材料拉挤工艺和拉挤复合材料性能的影响 ,确定了以上各参数的最佳范围 。 In this paper the effects of the type and content of initiators on resin curing behaviors and the pultrusion process were studied by using DSC tests .The influences of the three-part temperatures,content of the inner mould release agent and volume content of fiber on the pultrusion process and pultruded composites were discussed through experiments.And the best value ranges of the above factors were determined.
