摘要
中国石化股份公司燕山分公司炼油厂二套蒸馏装置减压塔的二中返塔和洗涤油进塔原采用喷头式液体分布器,因喷头堵塞导致操作异常,减二中循环量过低,减二中油被夹带至减三线,洗涤效果不佳,产品的粘度、比色受到影响。用天津大学的重力型槽式分布器替代喷头后,减二中和洗涤段操作正常,产品质量有了保证。
Spray jet liquid distributors used to be adopted in the vacuum tower of the second distillation unit of Refinery of Yanshan Company for the second mid-pumparound return to the tower and scrubbing oil inlet into the tower. Plugged spray jets caused abnormal operation. Second mid-pumparound recycle was too small and the second mid-pumparound oil was entrained into the third vacuum side stream. Viscosity and colourity of the product have been influenced by the bad scrubbing effect. Now, the Spray jet distributor has been replaced by a gravity trough-type distributor developed by Tianjing University. The above mentioned problems in production have been overcome and the product quality has been guaranteed.
