摘要
从典型炼油厂中压蒸汽管网的实际运行状况出发,运用先进的石油化工工艺模拟软件Design Ⅱ对炼油厂中压蒸汽管网进行模拟,提出了中压蒸汽管网科学、安全、优化运行办法,实用情况表明,当月节约蒸汽近5000t。
In the light of practical running in typical refinery, middle-pressure steam pipeline has been simulated with the advanced software DESIGN II . Methods of scientific, safe and optimum running have been proposed as well. The practice showed that steam was saved by nearly 5 000 t that every month.
