摘要
本文用HCL-ICP-AFS方法测地质样品中Li、Na、K、Rb。着重研究了各种酸介质、浓度及其共存元素对测定的影响。在本文实验条件下它们的检出限(DL)为:Li,1.8ppb;Na,0.34ppb;K,0.92ppb;Rb,2.7ppb。对GSD-10标样分别取样测量11次,标准偏差为:Li,1.2%;Rb,2.2%;K_2O,1.2%;Na_2O,1.5%。对土壤、水系沉积物、岩石类标样测定结果与推荐值吻合。
Determination of Li, Na, K and Rb in geological samples by HCL- ICP- AFS has the advantages of good specificity, low susceptibility to matrix interferences, low detection limits and large determination range. It is simpler and less time than AAS and flame emission spec-trometry, as well as more accurate and sensitive than ICP-AES. It provides a new way for the determination of alka-limetals. The detection limits of Li,Na,K and Rb are 1. 8, 0. 34 , 0. 92 and 2. 7 ppb respectively. The RSD of 11 determinations are 1. 2%, 1. 5%, 1. 2% and 2. 2% respectively with sample GSD-10
