介绍浙江石油分公司在抓好业务经营、努力增效节支的同时,狠抓安全、健康和环境管理,积极建立HSE工作体系所做的工作。他们领导重视,准备充分,精心策划;开展HSE初始状态评审,找出管理差距;编制HSE管理程序,开展危害识别和风险评价;搞好培训、宣传,稳步、迅速推进体系建立。实施分类风险控制,不断改进。
While getting done with operation business, making great efforts to increase the benefit and reducing the cost, Zhejiang oil products company also took charge of safe, healthy and environmental management severely, and prompted HSE management system actively. During the implement of HSE management, this company made adequate preparation and planned elaborately. Firstly, the company found out the management gaps at the initial state of HSE evaluation; designed HSE management program; carried on the risk diagnosisand risk evaluation; got well done with the training and propaganda work; then set up the HSE management system steadily and rapidly. Finally, this company implemented the classified control of risks, and improved the HSE management system continuously.
