针对加油站“两权分离”经营模式的实施,给加油站的安全管理提出了新的课题,指出:在新的形势下,要做好加油站的安全管理工作,必须坚持“安全第一”的管理方针,坚持“以人为本”的管理原则,选好加油站站长,签好“两权分离”经营协议书。
