摘要 本文采用新型D-238树脂,使待测元素与基体La分离。用6mol/L HNO_3解脱非稀土杂质,ICP-AES法同时测定4N光学级La_2O_3中8个痕量非稀土杂质。方法的检出限为0.2~2.8μg/g,相对标准偏差<8%。 A Column chromatographic method with D -238 chelate resin is proposed for the separation of non rare earth elements from La_2O_3 matrix followed by determination of these elements by ICP -AES. The conditions for separation and factors which influence the separation have been studied. The lowest limit of determination are respectively 0.2 μg/g for MnO_2i 0. 4μg/g for Fe_2O_3, V_2O_5, Cr_2O_3,CoO and CuO, 0. 76μg/g for NiO and 2. 8μg/g for PbO_2. The relative standard deviations are less than 8% and recoveries are in the range of 95~105%.
